Comprehensive response on the ruling of the Council of State
The Council of State ruled on April 2 on a section of an iMMO expert report(ECLI:NL:RVS:2025:1472). iMMO today publishes a comprehensive response (PDF in Dutch). In the response, iMMO argues that an investigation of trauma-related memory problems does not belong within an iMMO investigation, but should take place immediately before or immediately after the hearing.
